“STEAM Candle Lantern Workshop” provides children with an opportunity to learn about about the working principles of Candle Lanterns from the perspective of STEAM. They can also apply their creativity and practice their communication by sharing their design between each other.

Life Value for Children
The workshop aims to provide guidance and planning for the children’s future by helping them understand their abilities, interests, and talents. The event consists of three stages: volunteer training, the workshop itself, and one-on-one follow-up sessions. The workshop incorporates LEGO activities to foster creativity and encourage participants to reflect on differences and uniqueness.

STEAM EV Car Workshop

“STEAM EV Car Workshop” was conducted to improve children’s understanding to the concept of future city and renewable energy through the creation of intelligent robot vehicles. They utilized their creativity to assemble and designed their own personalized robot EV car.

STEAM Money Bank Robot Workshop

“STEAM Money Bank Robot Workshop” was conducted with aid from Morgan Stanley. The program educated children on the concept of “savings” and financial planning through making a smart money bank. Participants used their creativity to assemble and design their own personalized smart money bank robot. After the workshop, students can utilize the robot to put their personal savings plan into practice.

“Micro:bit Timer Workshop” was conducted to educate children on the concept of ‘time’ and ‘time management ‘ by building a timer with Micro:bit. Micro:bit is a popular pocket-sized microcontroller board that allows young children to learn programming in a handy way.
